Professional Recommendations

We’re proud of the relationships we’ve developed. Here are some of the best.

There are few professionals I’ve met who have created a meaningful impact quite like Jeff. Knowledgeable, considerate, and forward-thinking... these qualities only scratch the surface in describing Jeff’s astute character. He is not only a dynamic player in his field: he is a stand-out human being.
— Gina Migliaccio, Graduate Program Administrator, Princeton University
When I met Jeff six years ago, I knew he would be an asset to have him as a member of the Burlington County Workforce Development Board. Whenever a committee or a task force needed to be created for our youth or adult population, Jeff was always selected as either a stakeholder or the presider of these committees. Jeff’s knowledge of specific justice laws truly assisted the organization to build a program for juvenile offenders. It was a pleasure and honor I nominated Jeff, for the Garden State Employment and Training Association (GSETA) Public Service Award. It was a unanimous vote for yes, as the Public Service Award honors a non-GSETA member who has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment that has resulted in a positive impact on the workforce development field. The award was right and just. Jeff has exemplary leadership skills, effectively organizing a reverse job fair initiative for those for re-entry. He is a truly dedicated sole, genuinely interested in helping others. I think very highly of Jeff and would recommend him without reservations for employment or any other ventures Jeff choose to pursue.
— Barbara Weir, Sr. Program Analyst, Burlington County Workforce Development Board
I had the privilege of working with Jeff Keller for over ten years while I was employed as the Assistant Supervisor of Education at the nation’s largest federal correctional institution. Initially, I supervised Jeff when he was a Teacher and then as an Education Specialist. During this time frame, Jeff was engaged, dedicated to his students and tasks assigned. He developed many programs for the Education department that were successful and well-received. Later, I worked with Jeff as a peer when he was promoted to institution Volunteer Coordinator and then Reentry Affairs Coordinator. Jeff’s strong interpersonal communications skills allowed him to successfully interact with individuals outside the institution and promote inmate programming that was needed. As the Reentry Affairs Coordinator, Jeff has broken new ground for the institution and inmate population. He has been able to bring outside programming that aids inmate re-integration to the institution. He has successfully developed protocols and policy that address the directives he is responsible for.
— Jaynelle Tenor, Assistant Supervisor of Education, Federal Bureau of Prisons
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Mr. Jeffrey Keller to your organization. As Dean of the Strayer University- Cherry Hill (NJ) it was incumbent upon me to find strategic partnerships that would benefit our students. Until 2011 I had always known Jeff as a highly capable student at Widener University but never as an administrator. As a Federal Reentry Coordinator he has worked with our students over the past three years to provide opportunities through volunteer internships at FCI Fort Dix as well as assisting our campus with Guest Speaking at Honors Ceremonies. Jeff is a completely dedicated professional who takes time to answer questions about Criminal Justice as he possess a high amount of Content Knowledge in that area. He is an articulate Public Speaker who possesses a great sense of humor and active listening skills. His work ethic is strong and he will always go the extra mile to get things done as I have called on him numerous times and he has always answered the bell. I see him as an asset to any organization.
— Tom Papi, Ed.D, Former Dean of Students, Strayer University
Jeff was a student in a master’s level legal class I taught. He is diligent, detailed-oriented, has a strong ability to analyze cases and statutes/regulations and communicate his thoughts in a clear and insightful way. Jeff is always willing to offer his thoughts and worked well in a group setting.
— Shauna Itri, Adjunct Professor, Widener University, School of Law
Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about reentry for inmates!!! He has presented several workshops for the New Jersey Correctional Education Association and the Region I Correctional Education Association annual conferences. Mr. Keller’s workshops have been very well received by the corrections’ teachers. He has also been a resource by recommending other reentry professionals to share their knowledge with teachers from the county, state, federal, juvenile, youth, and adult systems.
— Kevin Kavanaugh, Director, Correctional Education Association, Region 1. / President, NJCEA Chapter
I am honored to recommend Jeff Keller whom I have worked with for the past five years. Jeff is a valued colleague and friend who has personally mentored me professionally. He has received many accolades for his work, including a public service award presented to him by the Garden State Employment & Training Association in 2018. Jeff is intelligent, polite, and honest and maintains a high ethical standard. He is willing to take the lead when necessary, continuously trains others to be better at their job functions, and openly accepts constructive criticism. Jeff would make a great addition to any team of professionals in the workplace.
— Eric Alexander, Reentry Affairs Coordinator, Federal Bureau of Prisons
I had the pleasure of working with Jeff in an Offender Employment Specialist training where he demonstrated competency, skill and a grasp of the curriculum that was both superior and informative. I highly recommend him as a trainer and facilitator.
